What a RUDE PERSON- MAPASEKA MOLETE! SHOCKING
So I phone into MTN cause everytime i need to make a call it tells me i have insufficient funds when i do have funds, added to that, I'd just recharged but my airtime was not loaded. I get through to an incredibly rude MAPASEKA MOLETE who was at first go unwilling to assist. She insists that i need to switch off my phone, take off the battery and put it back on (which i cant do cause i use an iPhone in any case)! i tell her that i do this about 20 times daily cause this 'insuffish funds' nonsense happens atleast every time i need to make a call! she then says oh, it seems like your sim is inactive and i cant help you with that, you will have to dial 155 TOMORROW and they will assist. she then goes on to relay to me a story of airtime that i am not calling in connection with (airtime that i had bought at 4 and actually got). i tell her this is irrelevant because i got that airtime what im interested in right now is the airtime that i have just bought and didnt get! to cut to the chase- i got told \who am i? i dont know what i'm talking about! im PRE JUDGMENTAL (whateva that is) and the call was just INCREDIBLY RUDE
