What a horrible service MTN

<p>2015 August , I took a laptop on contract at MTN Game City branch . And they deducted R329 monthly , and all was good . Then 2016 in October they deducted an amount of R700 and in November 2016 R1400 .</p> <p>When i went to MTN in Mega City in Umlazi KZN they said i took a cellphone on contract which is did not . They said i must go do an Affidavit, which i did and i sent to them, and they said they will give me feedback, Till this date there has been no feedback my deductions are getting higher by month and this is aunaccepatable, Is this how the assosiates are taught at MTN not to feedback to us, </p> <p>Firstly , I only hve a laptop contract of R329 and now an amount of R1400 is being dedcuted, DISGUSTING , MTN this is so disappointing very very very , your services are so low , where is customer service ???????</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>I WANT FEEDBACK AND I WANT IT NOW !!</p>
