What a disgrace, I paid off my account and now handed to legal twice and no one is giving me answers
<p>My MTN account was handed to legal and I disputed and never got answers in 2014. December 2015 I settled my account with VVM attorneys on behalf of MTN. VVM Attorneys confirmed that my account was up to date and I forgot about evertthing. To the horror of my life when I checked at Transunion I noticed that the same account has been handed over to legal again in March 2016. For heaven's sake please contact VVM attorneys since I have paid up this account and leave my name alone. On the 15 June 2016 I contacted VVM attornerys and their agent confirmed that my account is up to date. Can someone help me because between MTN and VVM attorneys, one is not coming clear...please help.</p>

I am still left in the cold. No one at Mtn bothered to call and find out the real problem. Instead I got messages from Siphumezo Ndokweni and Jack Phiri saying they will reinstate the line within 7 - 14 days. For heavens sake, I do not want to open the line instead want answers. I want to know why I am still owing Mtn even though my account being paid off in December 2015. Please give me answers!
