What a circus!!!!!! Pathetic !!!!!!!!!!

<p>I gave my phone in that I purchased a couple of months back as the phone suddenly didnt want to switch on. As per MTN they advised that i dropped the phone as there is a scratch on the camera..... how the hell can they just asssume that I have dropped the phone after i TOLD them that I did not drop it... They gave the phone in for "repairs" but on the paperwork it states that reason for the "repair" is that there is a crack in the camera!!!! the phone comes back and nothing has been done!!!!!! I will never EVER do business with them again... Pathetic service and processes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Now I have to pay for a phone that does nothing for me! what a waste of time and money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p> <p> </p>
