What a bad service!!!!

My mtn account was handed over to mbd debt collectors. I've settled the account on 2018/02/01. Even today my status is not updated with mtn and my credit records still not updated. I've contacted mtn and send them the email of payed up letter. It's been a month no response. If u send the email then they respond with automated reply that they will contact you within 24_48hrs. But I've been waiting more than 4 8 days now.
