What a absolute nightmare

I am totally dissatisfied and angry, A router had to be booked back as it had no coverage and clear instructions were given to the lady at MTN Schweizer Reneke to book it back as a return. She totally ignored the instructions and booked it in as a cancellation, now i am held responsible for cancellation costs of R 779,00. As a result my phone have now been suspended and they do not take any responsibility. I have never seen this carelessness in a business as in MTN Schweizer, it is disgusting to say the least, they joke about Clients and gossips about them especially if the client had a problem with a phone or unit.

Should you dare to complain, you become the one in the wrong and they become the victims. You are made aware that they are there to do you a favor. I don't recommend dealing with them rather phone MTN yourself or get another MTN STore that cares for their Clients.

They should be ashamed they have no idea how to deal with clients respectfully, they follow their own path and disgards instructions. I sincerely hope nobody have to go through what i have to go through at this very moment. Oh and they have their favorite clients and you will wait even if you have been first in line.
