WHAT?!
My wife gets the typical call from yet another cellular operator offering her yet another cellphone contract. This on a Saturday morning.<br> <br> Politely she interrupts the call center sales person to say that she has a contract and really has no need for another one.<br> <br> His response: \Hahahahaha...**** YOU"...and drops the call.<br> <br> Really MTN?! Is THIS how your call center people speak to your potential customers?! I have the time of call"

Please can you assist us with the call center number that called for the contract and the time the rude agent called your wife, take note that we have outside company's as well who contact clients for contracts. Please assist us with all the information to start the investigation and I hope this person gets fired on the spot for treating people/ clients like this.
