Western Cape is nor oveseas
Hi. I just noticed that I have been charged R3.89 per min for calling 023 which is a number in the Western Cape South Africa. After each call MTN prompts me to buy an International Calling bundle. ***. The Western Cape is not overseas MTN stop *****ing from clients with this nuisance.
