Wen u have to wait 36 hrs for a product to be loaded that never comes. just give me vpn or nat type 2 plz

So my gf nd i are mtn users for over a year...bt this year i started gaming online at which i took a telkom sim to to use which was awesome....then the data had depleted so i had to ask my gf to load more then she said use the mtn it has 50 gigs dat she barely uses so i was shocked that i had forgotten abt that bt i put it into my router and got nat type 3...silly coz telkom was nat type 2 which was awesome so i did research and found that i need a vpn service thats fyn i dialed them up did a security check guy was cool told me i need customer care to load it he explained to them wat i needed she helped me said sir 24 to 48 hrs i said sure thing....ref1. ********** 67....called back 48hrs later guy said no response he will tag it urgent it will take 2 to 3 hrs i said sure thing ...ref2. ********** 31...i called back 24 hrs later lady says no feed back going to get a supervisor to assist...and drops the call after 8 minutes...now im fuming i call back lady says to me sorry sir bt at times they can load it on they side if its available name was pindile...she said with in 10 minz il get de settings i was confused bt happy i asked if shes sure she said yes den told me if it does not cum dial *123*13# nd it will i asked are u sure for vpn settings she said yes i waited an hr no settings came i dialed the code only to find normal settings to be sent....im so tired of calling mtn!!! Just fix it
