Well done MTN no wonder more customers are leaving you and going to Vodacom.

So I have a contract with MTN for 1G data,100 minutes talk-time and 100 sms's that I pay a certain amount for every month and have been for the last couple of years. A few weeks ago I get a call from the MTN telly marketers team and she tells me that for only R20 extra I can get another 200 minutes talk-time on top of the 100 that I'm already getting and this sounds like a good deal to me so I say add it on. Well on the 17th of every month I get my package as per above but this month the 17th comes and goes and all I get is the 300 minutes talk time and no data or sms's. I then call MTN on the 17th to find out what's happening and all I get is they have to log a ticket to resolve this and it takes 24hours, then I call again and are told no its not 24 its 48 hours, then I phone again and again I'm told no its 7 days (not sure if this is working days) but the 7 days are up and still no call from MTN to help resolve and nothing is still done on my contract. In the meantime I have had to take out money to buy extra data and sms's? So my question is can I now also say I wont pay you until this is resolved seeing this is not my F UP and that MTN is in breach of contract? Well done MTN no wonder more and more customers are going to Vodacom, maybe Vodacom can contact me so that we can move both my contracts to them.
