My problem with my MTN contract was resolved when I called and managed to get a lovely young lady Amanda Lubbe who took responsibility and accountability of the problem and gave me constant feedback. She was a super star. Amanda it is because of people like you that we still have hope with the service levels in large institutions. Well done and thank you for all your help
