"Welcome you have joined IPlayBits" - and MTN have declined to reply

Attention Alice van der Merwe,

On 5/2/2018 you rep**** to my complaint (https://www.hellopeter.com/mtn/reviews/welcome-you-have-joined-iplaybits- ********** ). I rep**** on the same day requesting clarification - but you've never responded. I will reiterate my clarification questions.

As suggested by you, I have tried to use *141*5# to block content services, but only see an option to remove content services once added. I do not see an option to permanently block future content services. Please provide exact instructions + menu options how to permanently block content services.

https://mybroadband.co.za/news/cellular/93335-cell-c-mtn-double-opt-in-on-sms-services.html references a "double opt-in" system that MTN has implemented. Mira Networks maintain I accepted subscription T&Cs on my handset - but this never happened. Why didn't the double opt-in system activate?

to summarise 1 - provide detailed instructions on how to permanently block content services 2 - why didn't the double opt-in system activate

for everyone's information "There is no permanently solution to block this service in the future you need to monitor this on a daily bases with the short code *141*5#." MTN provides no protection from ************ content providers signing up subscribers
