I have been trying to cancel my contract with MTN for months now and after reading through the other reviews on this site this seems to be a trend with MTN where they choose not to acknowledge an expired contract! I will never take another contract with MTN and suggest who ever reading this not to do so as well unless you wish to be in a contract with MTN forever! I am completely frustrated with their customer service as all they seem to do is make you move from one consultant to another and then you wait in the retentions call until you slowly die of old age. MTN slogan #wegotu certainly is very true ,they have you and they won't let you go, ever. Please MTN let me go.
