WEBSITE LOGIN AND SHOP NOT WORKING

I can never seem to log in to the MTN Online site. I always get an error re the password. I then reset and get the same error. When you complete the password reset / reminder it hangs on submission. When you finally get a new temp password it requests a new password and again just hangs when you submit.<br> <br> The online shop also constantly gives errors when you try to go into the detail for an offer.<br> <br> This is one of the worst websites I have ever seen for a company of this size.<br> <br> I can also never get through to the call centre if I do not phone from an MTN cell?????? What if my MTN cell is not working and I want to speak to customer care??? It really seems that MTN never wants contact from their customers the only part they get right is debiting your account. You have no problem sending spam to my e-mail, what about sending me a statement once in a while!!
