Weaponized Incompetence

Beyond pathetic.

Still debiting me 2 months after my contract was cancelled. (Or moved to prepaid.... I don't know which, and neither do they.)

My contract ran to term, I gave proper notice, it ended... And yet they debit me. Still. And threaten to "hand me over" and "report me to the credit institutions". NO ONE at MTN knows what's going on or is willing to help.

You need a a ton of patience and a box of colourful crayons to communicate with them.
