Weakness

My LG G4 was handed in for repairs at MTN Preller Plein in Bloemfontein on the 8 October 2018.

Lauren George received my cell phone and told me she would fill in the forms and send the phone.

After numerous follow ups, my phone was only send two weeks after I gave it to Lauren. I caught Lauren lying about the whereabouts of the phone and when se claimed she send it to the repair centre. Very poor service from Lauren George form MTN Preller Plein.

I phoned the repair center again after two weeks. They told me the phone was exchanged and would be send back. I called again the following Monday being told the phone is in Bloemfontein. I went to the Mtn Preller but they had no idea where to phone was. I called the repair centre again. They said the phone was at MTN house. I went to MTN house, but they did not receive any phone for me. I called the repair center again, but this time around get told that the phone was actually send back to Midrand because it was faulty. Next week I call the repair center, get told that the phone was delivered. Go to MTN House, they do not have any such phone. Call Repair center again, getting told this time around that the phone is still at the repair center and will be send. Call again the next week, get told the phone was delivered. I go to MTN house but there is no phone for me. I call the repair center again, this time I'm provided with a waybill number and person's name who signed. I go to repair center, but no such person works there. Call repair center again, this time around the phone is at Midrand still.

Today I phoned again. 1st time I was given a number for a courier company to ask them, they had no idea what I was talking about. Called MTN repair center AGAIN! and this time Brian told me the phone was still at the repair center.

WHAT THE IS GOING ON MTN!?!?!?!?!?!
