Weak and no conclusional services at mtn fountains mall

Went to upgrade my contract at mtn at fountains estate mall in november 2021 only to find out that they loaded a new contract on my name and had to pay 2 contracts untill now with seperate billing nrs and debit orders... they dont know how to resolve the problem and what about all the contract fees i payed untill now for the contract that was supposed to be upgraded... weak service... this was my 3rd attempt of sorting out this problem but still no conclusion of how im going to be refunded... everytime i come to to business at this branch i have experienced some kind of problem
