We will give you three months free, yet i pay!
On the 6th January 2016, I called MTN to cancel my expired contract and to migrate to prepaid. Retentions department called me and offered me a three months free service on the contract, to allow me time to shop for an upgrade on the contract. I was misled, I have been paying, MTN continued to take money from my bank. This is breach of contract. I have everything on email. Pay back the money and take your'supposedly free 3 months service\, while i move to an alternative service provider who will not keep me under false pretense.<br> "
