We signed up for a month to month wifi contract

We signed up for a month to month wifi contract. Ever since we signed up with them, we never enjoyed their services. A few days after signing up, our wifi was disconnected. Even though we paid the pro-rata and a full month upfront. When we enquire, the consultant told us that we were paying for the router insurance in case we decide to cancel the contract, not the subscription, but the lady who assisted us to take the two router said it's an upfront payment for services. To cut the long story short, every time we paid our services, we were disconnected without a proper explanation. Even in October, we paid for both routers, but only one was reconnected. No one could give us an explanation, hence we decided to go with Rain. I'll never recommend MTN to anyone after the poor service they've rendered to me.
