We got a wifi router from MTN delivered but wouldn't connect

We got a wifi router from MTN delivered but wouldn't connect. We called MTN and went to a store in Port Alfred, they couldn't sort it out and we were told to go to MTN Greenacres Mall in PE. We got there, they immediately told me the problem. Sorted it within 5 minutes. What lovely staff. The lady that helped us knew her stuff and she was extremely friendly and helpful. I came home and it worked.
