WE DONT PAY RENT SO WE DONT HAVE A RENTAL AGREEMENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Problem is not with the branch, it is with head office. We have been trying to apply for a business cellphone contract. Our company does not pay monthly office rent, so we do not have a rental agreement with anyone. We have a letter from the person whom is letting us use a small desk space in his building FREE OF CHARGE. You have all our business documents, including our bank statements where you can see we don't have any monthly office rental deductions. Yet MTN still insist that we submit our rental agreement, or alternatively the rental agreement of the company renting the building in which we occupy a small desk space. We successfully app**** for a business cellphone contract with Vodacom last year AND WE HAD NONE OF THESE PROBLEMS.
