I do not understand why it takes 4 to 8 weeks to fix a simple phone and at the same time I keep paying them for the contract, as long the receive they money they do not give hell nonsense about customer service, I will be thinking twice before I renew my contracts with them. The phone did not break it just went blank I do not believe even fixing rockets takes this long. when people talk I thought they're crazy now I see why
