We do not care a damn about customer service.

I am getting in touch with you regarding the below mentioned query that is not getting resolved or actually getting the attention that the client is requesting from you as MTN.

Attached please find the Contract that was signed at the Cape Gate Shopping Centre for the ****le and a 1gig Capped Data Package that was assisted by your Salesperson Ryno van Schalkwyk.

Also find attached the last three months SOA that was send by MTN reflecting a R79 1Gig Capped Package, as well as the excel from you for the charges accrual.

With this mentioned, I would like to ask how you as MTN can charge a client that has been loyal to your MTN brand for the past 20 years an amount of R8159.88 for 8.9GB of data that was used

from 8:34:19AM till 11:34:02AM on the 02/04/2017, making it not even three hours of use.

The question actually is why didn’t the Cap kick off at 1Gig as it had to and why did it actually accrual such a HUGE amount for data.

I would also like to request an EPG excel with the dates in please for the format changed when you exported it to excel so that I may use it further with my query.

Also as you may see below there is mentioned of correspondence between MTN employees and the Client of changes that took place on clients account, According to client, quote “Two different employees of MTN have confirmed that an employee amended the capping to uncapped with a limit”. May I ask if this was actually investigated.

This was sent over a month ago to ********** and Cherildene Matthews who was given the query in April to resolve and both read receipts were kept as proof. After being with MTN since early 1990's I will not be renewing my contract with MTN next year if they feel squat for their clients - sorry, I go where customer service counts
