"We can't say which MTN staff member is *****ulently swapping SIM cards"

A recent attempt to swop my SIM card left me flabbergasted! In reporting this to the MTN ***** Department twice, the case was merely opened and then closed!

Will there be a forensic investigation? "No, this happens all the time!" Surely you can trace which MTN employee was involved? "No, we can't identify the MTN staff member"

We are in 2025! I know that MTN have the technology to investigate these incidents, but they clearly lack the appetite to do so.

Consumers have lost millions of rand due to SIM swap *****, yet MTN simply shrugs their shoulders! And the BAD employees there continue to earn their salaries! What a tragedy!!
