way too much money
My account no A***, for the past 4 months I have been billed over R1700, for my account this morning a debit order of R2600 went through for MTN, WHY so much money, please look into this and let me know as I cannot afford this anymore the bill is way too much for me now.

We apologise for the delayed response and for any inconvenience this may have caused.
According to our records the charges were incurred on data usage on the 1Gb data line. Also note that the out of bundle rates have also increased to R0.99 per MB which is a contributing factor to the spike in your billing. You can also set limits on your MyChoice lines by dialing *141*5# then select option 1.
