Water resistant phone not water resistant at all

<p>First of all i have a sony experia z3,which has a feature to take photos under water,thus it is water resistant..i barely had my phone for 8 months,i decided to test this feature,iy failed causing my phone to switch of and unable to switch back on...so i took the neccesary steps giving my phone to mtn for repair..i was told i would hear from them within 2 to 3 weeks..after 3 weeks nothing,so i made my first visit to the mtn shop,empty promises were made..after 4 weeks i went back,and stil nothing..after 5 weeks i went back again and still nothing..the 6th week they finally called to hear what the progress is,the reply i hot then is that my phone is beyond economical repair...now i should pay them so that they can courier my phone back as is...so my conclusion,what type of **** service is this!!!!!a broken phone for which i still should pay,which was not my fault..so it goes without saying im very dissapointed,i expect more and better..infact i demand it..a service i pay for is a service that needs attention..</p>
