Water damage
To whom it may concern<br> <br> In Oct 2014 I upgraded from Samsung to the Sony Xperia Z1 compact. This phone is said to be waterproof. I tried to take a photo under water ensuring that all the ports are closed. That day my phone stopped charging and the screen went black. Thus I sent it to Midrand in December 2014. The phone came back with result Liquid damage. I am very upset and unhappy with Mtn and Sony's feedback and help about this matter.<br> I have heard a lot of complaints about these phones getting water damage even though the phone is waterproof.<br> After 100's of emails and phone calls back and forth, I was sent from the one person to the other. People promising to come back to me and still no feedback.<br> <br> I am very unhappy and disappointed with these companies and their services and will NEVER advise anyone to support them. <br>
