Watch New Contracts with MTN!!

<p>I cannot resolve my new contract invoice with MTN. I took a data contract. The contract is simple. I pay R499 monthly for 20 GB. My first month invoice is R1,509.14 !</p> <p>I called MTN on 24 Dec, 29 Dec, 05 Jan, 06 Jan. I went to the MTN shop on 10 Jan.</p> <p>MTN (Mike) called me on 11 Jan and 12 Jan. Mike confirmed that I only received </p> <p>20 GB. I seems that MTN has a new buzz word "PRO-RATA" The only explanation they could give me!! </p> <p>Looking at the above I have to warn all people to be very careful what they pay the first invoice on a new contract. If MTN cannot give me a explanation that is sensible, MTN is committing ***** to invoice me 3 times my contract value for the one month's value that they gave me. I would like MTN to answer me in writing if they can!!! </p>
