Watch i newer recieved

I have upgraded my contract in des 2021 at clearwater mall roodepoort by a lady called bianca in february i loooked at my invoice and see that there is a ammount of R84 on my invoice for smart serv i phoned and they said it is for a watch i never received i visited the brance 3 times since feb spoke to bianca ans she said she will sort it out Last week i spoke to the manager ans she said bianca was fired the manager promiced me she will phone ma back the same day it is a week later and the did not phone me back
