Wasted 1GB - Help
I bought a 1GB data for R 160 3 days ago. We tried this morning to transfer airtime to myself , but I would be lying if I know what happened. its something we have done many times and never made this mistake before, but on my side I received another 1GB instead of the R 150 airtime . So now it is useless to me. The item was bought over online banking and the computer froze a few times. <br> <br> I don't need this 1GB this month as I already have 2GB that will expire. <br> How can you guys assist me ? Either convert it to airtime OR make sure It does not expire at the end of the month. Every month I lose out but I understand. Now I need your advise as I believe an error happened that can be fixed. <br> <br> Kindly advise

As per our conversation ,It is not possible to convert bundle to airtime however you can share your data with family or friends by dialling the below ussd code and link a B number

Select Option 1 to Manage Internet Service.
Then select Option 3 for Data Share service
Then select Option 1 to add an MSISDN B
Punch in MSISDN B that subscriber needs to share Data Bundles with.
