Waste of time and poor administration

Both MTN and SuperSonic confirm that there is coverage at my address and an order was placed (I completed the debit order mandate and supp**** my documents) just for them to cancel my order a week later stating there is no coverage at my address. 1 whole week without fibre, a waste of my time and now having to shop around for another ISP that will likely also have a 14 day lead time !!!
