Waste of money and time
What is the point in buying data bundles when you can't even use your data to browse because the network keeps DISAPPEARING?????? Its mist irritating and completely annoying. What is the issue with MTN signal/connectivity and what is being done about this???? I cannot browse any website without the irritation of a "timeout" due to MTN pathetic connectivity issues. What is the use then of purchasing over a gig data when I cannot use it.
Highly irritated and not happy with this network provider

07 Nov 2017, 11:15This reply has no relevance to my complaint. I'm not losing data, nor did i ask how to save my data.... I am unable to browse because of connectivity timeouts due to constant lost of network/signal. Was my complaint not clear?
Out of curiosity, was my complaint even read or was this just a copy and paste response????
