******* WASPS and subscriptions on MTN

I have had cellphones with all major suppliers, many for 30 + years, including MTN, Cell C, Vodacom. Only with MTN have I repeatedly had ******* subscriptions or WASPS on my phone. After I again, for the third time, discovered 2 ******* subscriptions on my phone - and was unable to delete them with the USSD code I called MTN. they were extremely unhelpful, kept saying it must be my fault. They can’t check what has been deducted from my account. Now, no more MTN for me.
