Wasn't inform that we are supposed to get a smar****ch or speaker for free with our new upgrade.

My mother is by Mtn for many years now. She asked me to assist her for a new upgrade. We did apply and did receive our new phones. But a week ago a man from MTN contacted me to ask if we are happy with our new phones. He also did ask met what did we choose with our phones. A smart watch or a speaker. I did told him that that wasn't mentioned to us. He told me that he will contact me the next day. Ans till today I didn't receive any call back from them. So what did happened to our smar****ches or speakers?
