Was PROMISED a Call back from Mtn - GUESS What!! I Didn't!!

<p> </p> <p>So my phone was collected to be sent back to the mtn insurance repair centre, because they did a poor job assembling the screen and it came loose.</p> <p> </p> <p>When the phone was collected, I asked nicely to be communicated to regularly to know if the phone was received by repair centre and when it will be sent back to me.</p> <p>a week later and I received NO COMMUNICATION!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Very very poor service from Mtn Insurance every time!</p> <p> </p> <p>I got called back yesterday... and I was promised a call back today with an update....<br />And GUES What!? I did NOT Get a call with an update....</p> <p> </p> <p>My qeuestion to Mtn Insurance...: Why does the customer have to log a complaint on Hello Peter before he /she gets a call or response from them.</p> <p> </p> <p>Millions of customers paying for a service and we get terrible service!</p>
