Was porting from Vodacom, really a good idea?
Today my number became active.

As I have ported from Vodacom to MTN, and took out the MTN SKY contract.

I noticed at home my signal is only 1 bar at my office.

And contacted the MTN shop, they referred me to dial ***. But after holding for 35min and no answer. I ended the call and started to regret my decision.

I contacted the MTN shop, told them I think its better to cancel everything and let me use my cool down period, I am sorry no person would be happy to queue in a line for more than 35min.

MTN shop told me, they will email someone for assistance to help resolve this.. But I think this is taking bad service to the next level.. Worst thing of all is... First Impressions lasts.
