Was I even credited as promised?

Hi there. After wanting to go to another service provider, MTN convinced me to stay. I recently (end of last year) renewed both of my MTN contracts. MTN offered to credit my account with R2000 on my wife's contract (which is in my name) and R2500 on my contract. After much deliberation (And hopefully not against my better judgement), I resigned and got the new phones too. Problem is that I cannot see where these credits have happened and even if they have happened at all. The accounts I receive are always very confusing and I can't seem to see the credits anywhere and that makes me think that they possibly have not been done. I only signed on condition that this happens too. At the time, I spoke to a guy over the phone called Amed (he was very friendly and professional, by the way). Please can someone check my account, contact me and tell me (show me where) if they have happened. And if they have not happened, make sure that I am credited as promised. I'd appreciate it. Thank you. Kind regards.

Hello showen,

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.

Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused. Kindly note that credit was done on the 20 November 2015 for both the numbers. The credit invoices appears as CRN on the statement and the total amount credited it R3,500 (invoice no: E***) plus 2000 (invoice no: E***) = R5,500.00.

Your account balance now reflects as a -'amount' as you still have some credit remaining on the account.

Rest assured that it is not our intention to displease you and we look forward to continue improving on our service delivery to you.

Kind Regards
Itumeleng
