Warranty Repair

<p>Submitted a phone for repair under warranty. There's been no feedback from the service centre, no calls or any solid feedback except a piece of paper telling me that the warranty is void. The phone was repaired for a screen repair as instructed by mtn so why is my repair void? Further I called in and the agent gave me a total different reason before rudely cutting the call off. Really annoyed with your service, I have to pay another years subscribtion on this contract without a working phone. I refuse to do this, you better cort out your internal issues. I've spent 2 months tracking now and there is zero feedback from any1</p>
