WARRANTY ASSESSMENT - over 1 month & no feedback
My i phone 5c could not connect. I went to the Brooklyn branch as my phone is under warranty. The MTN consultant called a apple consultant to verify that my phone was faulty. They said I need to book my phone into the Woodlands branch. My phone got booked in for a warranty assessment on the 02/02/2015 and to date I still do not have a phone. I called the repair center yesterday and the only record they have is that my phone was couriered on 10/02/2015 from the woodlands branch. Their system has no record of where my phone is and the status of the warranty repair. To not have a phone or feedback for over a month is unacceptable!
