warranty assessment approval

<p>hello, i took my phone for warranty assessment in the beginning of july after it stopped working. . the warranty was approved and giyani mtn store at masingita mall was supposed to give ne a new phone but i have 3 weeks now they have been telling me that they dint have stock for Samsung galaxy s6 edge and they don't know when they wil get it.. olease help me because it is heartbreaking to be paying for the phone that i dont have, on top of that they not telling me something positive i wil even finish a month without a phone.</p>
