Warranty

<p>Worst service provider ever calling them "****" is an understatement. i have a contract with them, after 7 months my phone stopped charging, so i take it in as it should still be under warranty, just to find out that they only offer a 6 month warranty where as the manufacturer offers a 1 year warranty, anyways the phone gets sent in for evalution, two weeks later i get a phone call to collect my phone and this useless excuse of a service provider wants to charge me R7 500-00 to fix my phone. as soon as possible my contract will be cancelled and i will be going to the ombudsman with this matter.</p> <p>absolutley utterly pathetic service. i would advise anyone not to ever use mtn.</p>
