Warrant on IMEI No. ***

MTN sold me a defective contract phone and are now refusing to repair the phone on warranty alleging that I physically damaged the phone. The phone was giving me problems that I send it for speaker problem to MTN and they fixed it, after 2 weeks when I collected the phone from them it gave the same speaker problem and charging problems I returned the phone and was inspected by there receiving clerk who made a report that it was in good condition but the repair team of MTN returned the phone without being fixed and revoked the warranty. The phone has 2 year warrant and I only have 26 months with the phone.
