WARNING. Stay away from MTN contract. PERIOD. Your credit score will be negatively affected

After many calls and finally a hello peter complaint someone responded. Sadly MTN's error was half fixed. October and November payments went through without problems. After my hello peter post MTN decided to only update October.

For every missed payment my credit profile is affected but mtn does not care that im holding up my end however i have to keep complaining for them to their part. Its been 2 weeks now im just being ignored. Who should i call for MTN to update that i have never missed a payment as the credit bureaus have informed me that mtn is the one that can update.

Im not politically connected and i dont know any executive at mtn.

Really what should i do.
