WARNING DONT TRADE IN YOUR PHONE AT MTN

THIS IS A WARNING ⚠️ Don't trade in your phone at MTN ! I saw the add to trade in. I did it and signed a contract for a reduced amount, because of the new trade in option MTN has. Now they want to cut us off, our amount is charged according to the "new phones " original amount, instead of the reduced amount I SIGNED for (it's legal and there's proof ?) We're at the point to take this further. Me and my husband use our phones for Business, we have our own business. We do need our phones business calls and clients. Mtn will you subsidize our lost income aswell? We don't stay that close to a mtn shop (we've been there 4 times! petrol and taking off work ...)It's been more than a MONTH of this. We can't pay for something we didn't legally agree to.
