WARNING: DON'T EVER SIGN UP WITH MTN. YOU'LL REGRET IT BIG TIME!!

My honest rating would be a 0. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS SERVICE FROM MTN. This has to be one of my biggest regrets EVER!! On the 15 April 2021 up until today MTN has only added stress to my life. For some reason MTN decided to cancel my debit mandate (for their own benefit) and I have requested for this to be reinstated on numerous occasions because they are now adding late fees onto my usual debit order amount. Their phone lines are forever busy and nobody responds via email. Also, the MTN store is not able to assist because the contract was approved online. ***!! So, I have been left without any help and my account has been left in a forever raising arrears. After the first missed payment I have pleaded with them to cancel this contract but NO RESPONSE. To top it all off I have escalated this matter to ICASA Complaints but even they aren't able to assist. MTN should be cancelled!! MTN IS WITHOUT A DOUBT USELESS, GREEDY, UNHELPFUL and after reviewing all these MANY MANY COMPLAINTS, they should be PUT OUT OF BUSINESS!! ASAP!!
