Warning DO NOT BUY FROM MTN and MONDO. Their service is very bad and they don’t care about customers satisfaction.

MTN and Mondo customer service i extremely disappointing and I recommend to avoid using such network service providers. On the 9 April 2024 I received my order of, 1 Contract MultiSim for LTE ĐA *** ZTE MP296C 4G CAT6 Premium Office (2RJ1EA. When i took home and opened, i wasn’t happy and I thought of returning back following their return and cancellation policy. Am writing millions of emails to them to follow up my refund but nobody seems to assist. But they received their products long time ago that was in April and wasn’t used at all. And the worst part of it is that you cannot give them a call or they don’t call the client back. They only know to phone back when they are trying to close a sale. That is a bad service that a big network provider like MTN is offering to it’s customers. I say that don't buy online through MONDO or any company that sells for MTN. Do it at your own risk. A reputable company resolves issues quickly to satisfy customers.
