WARNING Checking your phone in for MTN Technical assistance could leave you worse off!!!

I checked in my 5 month old iphone 6 s due to a short battery life. 12 weeks, 3 rejections, 6 store visits later, they gave me back a DEAD phone. No life. Can't even access the data. I gave them a working phone. They returned a DEAD phone. MTN rejects all warrantee responsibility due to me having had the screen replaced through my insurance. Even if I accept that both the 6 month and 12 month warrantees are being nullified by my own repair, the problem remains that I am no longer in the same position I was when I started this process. I regret the day my handset went in for "Technical repair" with MTN. I signed it's death warrant.
