Want to pay off my MTN contract

I have contacted Mtn countless time to send me a statement on how much to it would cost me to pay of my contract because i want out and still 2 months later nothing.<br> i have asked them to also fix their billing because they keep taking large amounts out of my money of which they say its fault on their side but they don't deal with the matter.<br> The call center people are rude most of the time and their is a always a loud noise their, i end up not hearing what they saying to me.<br> Airtime that i load keeps disappearing and they always say they will investigated but nothing happens.<br> Can Mtn just please send me a statement of how much it would cost me to pay off my contract i want out.
