Want to charge us for their mistake
We got a recycled number and keep getting calls from random people looking for Themba. Mobile Communications (MTN) told us we had to travel to Pavillion (not doing that) to get the number changed, and that we would have to pay over R200 to get it changed.

Told Sebastian in no uncertain terms that we would not pay anything because of their mismanagement. As if that would even be an option?? I only called because we were promised a call on Monday and Wednesday we're still waiting.

Not the first time this has happened. Not the first time we've been let down. Not the first time we've been given the excuse that \Oh that person isn't in this week.\"

Incredibly disgusted that this company doesn't believe in genuine customer service."
