WANT TO CANCELL MY SUPERFLEX ORDER BUT NO HELP FROM MTN

i bought the superflex online, but i made a mistake and want to cancell and also get my R299 refund. i phoned 083135 and was transfer to 7 departments but none of the people that answer the call doesnt know anything and they dont know what to do - pathetic
